在 Khiva Residence Hotel 该点什么？

It is best known for being a new, modern hotel with a swimming pool and a very convenient location near Khiva’s old city walls and fortress, usually about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Reviewers also repeatedly mention clean rooms, attentive service, and a good breakfast as reasons they liked staying there.

Reviewers most often highlight the breakfast, especially the variety of eggs, a fresh omelet, sausages, boiled chicken breast, side dishes, cheese, pastries, fruit, and drinks. Several guests also mention hearty, excellent, or diverse breakfast service, with some saying the staff prepared exactly what they wanted even early in the morning.

The vibe is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a bright lobby, spacious rooms, and recently finished interiors. It seems especially suited to couples and families who want a quiet place to relax after sightseeing, and reviewers also mention it as a good fit for travelers who want comfort near the old city rather than staying inside the fortress.

The listed price is $90, and one review says the stay was good value for money. Other guests say the hotel’s new rooms, breakfast, pool, and location near the old city made the price feel justified, with one review noting a lower effective rate of about $40 to $50 per night for two people at the time of their stay.

The outdoor pool is one of the most mentioned features, but one review notes the pool area could use better cleaning, maintenance, and shade from umbrellas. Guests also say the hotel is especially convenient after a day of sightseeing, since it is close enough to walk back from the old city and relax by the pool.
